After years of allowing estate agents to manage and market our properties we decided that their services were simply not good enough for the fees they were charging. And thus R | Residential was created. We would also see that their main interest is achieving their commission - this is not correct. We firmly believe that providing; comfortable accommodation, easy contact and simple communication is the foundation for keeping a good relationship with tenants and landlords alike.

Our model is different to that of a traditional estate agent, we offer insight into the market, transparency and a specialised client focused service. We are a small family business and because of this we are only a phone call away and offer our clients a bespoke and personable experience. No phone calls from call centres. Your property manager or host will always be on hand to assist you. We are only ever a phone call, text or email away.

We offer management services and assistance in investment purchases. If you’re interested in investing in property, increasing the value of the property or even looking to increase the value of your rentals, we are certain we can help.

We look after your home as if it were our own, we consider ourselves professional landlords, so we treat your home as we treat our own properties. We manage your property personally. We present to you estimated rates for your property; for daily, weekly and monthly rentals. We allow flexibility to make things easy for you.
